At ERIAS Group we are passionate industry professionals and we understand that experience matters.
Our lead personnel each have over 25 years industry experience in delivering environmental and social impact assessment, and life-of-project environmental and social management programs for mining and oil & gas projects, gained through industry career roles and consulting assignments.
Our team has a diversity of scientific, engineering and management backgrounds and are bound by a shared enthusiasm for problem solving and a drive to have a positive impact in our chosen profession.
The foundation of our service is our depth of industry knowledge from the combined experience of our Principals dealing with the environmental and social aspects of project development in more than 45 countries. With this we bring global industry experience to our projects, whether it be for owners/operators, lenders, constructors or regulators.
Our belief is that we generate better answers in teams and we work closely with our clients, including embedding within project teams on secondment to fulfill project roles, in order to understand their requirements and deliver the right outcomes in often complex technical, natural, social and political contexts.

Qualifying statement: ERIAS Group was established in January 2012 and since then the company has undertaken projects in a number of countries, in particular Papua New Guinea. Prior to 2012 the Principals and staff of ERIAS Group have directed and undertaken key roles on projects referenced on this website and other promotional material as employees of other consulting firms. Having moved on from these consultancies the experience represented is the collective career history of the senior ERIAS Group personnel.
